Service description

Cabdivin is a SaaS platform for speech therapy practice management accessible via web browser. It enables patient management, scheduling, billing, and offers AI tools to assist practitioners.

User account

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and not to share your account with third parties.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in euros including tax on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are monthly or annual. Payment is made by credit card via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Limitation of liability

Cabdivin makes every effort to ensure service availability and security. However, Cabdivin shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions or indirect damages.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
