Scope

Cabdivin SaaS subscriptions (monthly or annual) are billed and managed directly by Cabdivin Global SARLAU. Payment is made by bank transfer according to the terms indicated on your invoice.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the first payment of a new subscription to request a full refund, no justification required.

After the 14-day period

Beyond this period, the subscription remains active until the end of the billed period (monthly or annual) and is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account, at no cost. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Refund process

Refunds are handled by Cabdivin's support team and processed by bank transfer to the account used for payment, within 5 to 10 business days.
